  1. I bet you could use the second or third seasoning technique on stuff you buy precooked in the store.

  2. Didn’t feel like I really learned much here, but not because the info isn’t useful, but because after learning a few original cooking techniques, this is kinda what I already do! Cooking doesn’t have to be hard to be tasty or full of variety (although it does take some time a little budget).
